The Workouts




  • Run 10 Lengths of Field
  • 21-15-9 Synchronized Burpees
  • In between each set of burpees teams are to fireman/piggy back carry partner across field, switch and come back for next set of burpees. 
  • After set "9" ends full team sprints down field and back. 


  • 2 rounds of...
  • Partner 1 sprint across field
  • 20 Burpees over parrallettes
  • Sprint back
  • Rest of team mates complete the same


  • Team splits in half and lines up on opposite sides of field
  • Two team mates of opposite sex carry (2) 40lb sand bags(1 bag per person) to 50 yd line.  
  • 20 sandbag squats
  • Carry to 100 yd line and drop bags off
  • Sprint back to beginning and repeat with next two sand bags
  • Other two team mates complete same reps.
  • Time stops when original pair sprints back across field (with sand bags) to meet second pair at beginning.
