- Run 10 Lengths of Field
Then... - 21-15-9 Synchronized Burpees
- In between each set of burpees teams are to fireman/piggy back carry partner across field, switch and come back for next set of burpees.
- After set "9" ends full team sprints down field and back.
- 2 rounds of...
- Partner 1 sprint across field
- 20 Burpees over parrallettes
- Sprint back
- Rest of team mates complete the same
- Team splits in half and lines up on opposite sides of field
- Two team mates of opposite sex carry (2) 40lb sand bags(1 bag per person) to 50 yd line.
- 20 sandbag squats
- Carry to 100 yd line and drop bags off
- Sprint back to beginning and repeat with next two sand bags
- Other two team mates complete same reps.
- Time stops when original pair sprints back across field (with sand bags) to meet second pair at beginning.
